Prominent Board Members Offer Public Sector Expertise

San Antonio, Texas - March 17, 2003 -Orbis Online, a leading provider of reverse auction and tactical sourcing services, today announced the creation of a government advisory board established for the purpose of contributing to the strategic direction of the company's public sector business. Comprised of highly recognized and well-respected individuals in the public sector, the Orbis Online government advisory board will hold its inaugural strategic planning session on March 21, 2003.
